Simone Schoevaars Cantando Dies at 47
Simone Schoevaars Cantando, a list broker for many years, died Nov. 13 after a long struggle with pulmonary fibrosis. She was 47.
Cantando began her career in direct marketing in 1987 when she helped open Direct Media’s California office. She later worked for Paradysz Matera and then returned to Direct Media in 2001.
Survivors include her husband and mother; one daughter, two sons; one sister, two brothers, in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 2 p.m. on Nov. 22 at Hillcrest Congregational Church, 404 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA.
