Sharper Image Corp., San Francisco, has promoted Tracy Wan to president and COO. Wan currently serves as the company’s executive vice president and CFO. To replace her, Jeffrey Forgan has been appointed senior vice president and CFO. Forgan had been an audit partner with the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.
The company also reported that its vice chairman and COO, Barry Gilbert, will be leaving the company at the end of May.
