Restoration Hardware Inc. executive vice president and CFO Patricia McKay has resigned from the company to join Office Depot Inc. in the same role.
Her resignation from the Corte Madera, CA-based retailer and cataloger is effective Sept. 9. Murray Jukes, vice president, corporate controller, has been appointed acting CFO. A search is being conducted for a permanent replacement.
The company also appointed Robert C. Hamer III, to its board of directors. He is CEO and chairman of Primitive Logic Inc., a San Francisco technology services firm he founded in 1997.
