PRC Names Hammond Vice Chairman

The Postal Regulatory Commission has named Tony Hammond as vice chairman, succeeding Nanci Langley.

Hammond was appointed Commissioner of the former Postal Rate Commission in Aug. 2002 and reappointed in Jan.2005 to a term expiring in Oct., 2010.

Before joining the PRC, Hammond was owner and managing member of T. Hammond Co. LLC, a private consulting firm. He also served as senior consultant to Forbes 2000, Inc. and as senior vice president of the direct marketing firm, FL&S.
