Madison Direct Marketing Ltd. and Pitney Bowes are joining to offer a multi-insert envelope program that will target executives at firms with fewer than 22 employees. More than 700,000 prospects will receive the envelope, which will bear the Pitney Bowes logo.
An initial test mailing this September will go out to 100,000 small business owners that use Pitney Bowes meter, supply line and business services. In 2004, the program will expand to three mailings
