Orbitz Launches Summer of Rock Promotion

In celebration of rock ‘n roll, online travel company Orbitz is launching its Summer of Rock promotion, which offers an online, multi-city backstage pass to visit the country’s music landmarks.

The Summer of Rock promotion can be found at www.orbitz.com/rocktrivia, where contestants can answer three rotating trivia questions each week from now through July 31, for a chance to win one of 15 trips for two to a rock tour destination. Winners also receive a prize package of 15 CDs from the artists featured on the Summer of Rock tour pages.

Orbitz takes site users inside 12 legendary music cities, including Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco and Memphis; the site provides insider knowledge of the hotspots, rock history and trivia.

Travelers can access self-guided tours, printable maps, summer event and concert listings, a slideshow of rock’s royalty with the inside scoop on each performer and special hotel deals while music is streamed on the site throughout the search.
