Office Depot Inc., is launching The Green Book, a catalog of environmentally preferable products.
The company’s sales force will hand out to the catalogs to its commercial contract sales customers. They include medium-sized and large corporations, said spokesman Brian Levine.
Levine did not rule out the possibility of mailing out the Green Book in the future.
This catalog is part of the Del Rey Beach, FL company’s efforts begun earlier this year to raise environmental awareness.
The Green Book will offer such products as paper, filing and storage products, maintenance supplies and mailing supplies and calendars. It is printed on elemental chlorine free, 100 % post-consumer recycled content paper.
