NextMark Inc. has significantly increased the speed of recently introduced online list rental account management features by tweaking the computer software used for operating the system.
Some finetuning was done to improve efficiency, said Joseph Pych, president of NextMark. In one instance, an application that might have taken 45 seconds to complete–when first introduced a month ago–can now be accomplished in less than one second, Pych said.
NextMark presently has more than 500 subscribers and more than 2,000 regular users of its data card database, according to Pych. “Now subscribers can do more a lot more than just look up data cards,” he said.
The company introduced new online sales management services at the end of June, which can be used in conjunction with the NextMark’s established database of 45,000 data cards accessible online.
To put it simply, NextMark’s newest features allow list managers, brokers and other subscribers to manage all aspects of the list business activity online. It’s a fully integrated electronic document and data management system tailored to the list rental business.
All the records pertaining to clients, contacts, price quotes, orders shipping dates, follow-up reminders and all other electronic documents related to list rentals can be organized, stored and managed online using a Web page hosted by NextMark.
