Pacific Rim Group president, James Chestnut, is retiring after 31 years with the company. He will remain in a transition role through April 30. He is based in Japan and will return to the U.K. where his sons live.
DOUBLECLICK: has hired Pete Krainik as CMO. He will be responsible for global marketing strategy and help expand sales channels. Prior to his new post, Krainik worked for Siebel Systems, Inc. as VP-general manager consumer goods division.
STARZ!: is giving away two grand-prize trips for two to see Chicago live on Broadway or in London and go backstage to meet the cast. Other prizes include movie soundtracks and posters. The sweeps celebrates the Starz! TV premiere of the Academy Award-winning musical Chicago on Feb. 28. The sweeps runs from Jan. 15 to Feb. 29.
