PROCTER & GAMBLE: is turning a new page with Pringles Prints, putting Guinness World Records trivia on its chips. The Guinness World Records chips hit stores Oct. 17, timed to the fall publication of Guinness’ 2006 edition, which is featured on Pringles packages. “Pringles is all about innovation. Guinness World Records understands and rewards innovation, making them a perfect partner for a product like Pringles Prints,” said Pringles Marketing Director Chris Hood in a statement.
JAKKS PACIFIC, INC.: has signed a licensing agreement with DreamWorks Animation to produce multiple Plug It In & Play TV Games based on Shrek, Shark Tale, Over the Hedge and Madagascar properties. The Plug It In & Play TV Games systems contain multiple games in a single controller and plug into the A/V jacks of a standard TV. The games are expected to hit retail stores in 2006 for $19.99 each.
