NCR Introduces Touch Point Integration Software Suite

NCR Corp., Dayton, OH, has released InteractionPlus, a suite of touch point integration and personalization software. The “touch points” can include kiosks, call centers and the Internet. As part of NCR’s overall Customer Interaction Solutions suite, InteractionPlus was designed to help businesses manage their customer relationships.

The new InteractionPlus software is part of prepackaged Customer Interaction Solutions, which include a call center solution, a kiosk solution, and a customer interaction Web solution. All three reflect NCR’s mission to “transform transactions into relationships.”
