Motorola has formed a global marketing agreement with Wimbledon Champion and rising pop-culture icon Maria Sharapova.
The multi-year relationship will include global advertising and event appearances and allow fans to stay connected to Sharapova via Web-based content.
“We believe Maria connects with a new breed of consumers seeking global connectivity through stylishly engineered products that fit their lifestyles,” said Senior VP and Chief Brand Officer Geoffrey Frost of Motorola, Inc.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
