The management of MBS, a direct marketing services company, has bought out the company’s order processing operations.
Terms were not disclosed.
The new organization, Direct Fulfillment Systems, will be led by president Ed Hughes and chief executive officer Rakesh Gilani. The new firm will operate out of MBS’s facility in Central Islip, NY.
