Specialists Multi-Channel Considers Online Lead Generation
By Jim Emerson

Specialists Multi-Channel Solutions LLC is preparing to launch several services, including possibly an online lead generation service.

“We’re exploring products and programs for online lead generation,” said Curt Blattner, chief operating officer for this newly formed subsidiary of Specialists Marketing Services Inc. Specialists Multi-Channel anticipates hiring product and client support staff and possibly a statistical modeling analyst in the short term. Initially, it is hiring outside contractors to handle most work, he said.

Prior to joining the company, Blattner was a strategic consultant and vice president of cooperative databases at Experian. The focus of the new firm will be to help clients to improve the effectiveness of prospecting programs. Services slated to debut within the next three months will likely include marketing support services for retailers, according to Blattner. Other services for business-to-business marketing, catalogs, publishing, continuity marketing, e-mail and online customer acquisition are planned.
