Kellogg Co. has promoted Jeffrey Montie to president of Kellogg North America, overseeing all U.S. divisions.
The divisions include Morning Foods; Snacks; Natural & Frozen Foods; Club; and Food Away From Home, as well as Kellogg Canada.
Montie had been president of Morning Foods North America, boosting U.S. sales of cereal, Pop-Tarts, and new products including fruit snacks.
At the same time, John Bryant becomes president of Kellogg International, overseeing Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. He had been chief financial officer and prior to that oversaw Kellogg’s integration of Keebler Foods Co.
Jeffrey Boromisa, 49, succeeds Bryant as CFO. He had been corporate controller as well as CFO of Kellogg International.
Lastly, Donna Banks becomes senior VP-worldwide innovation and operations, replacing King Pouw, who retires from his post as exec VP-operations and technology. Banks had been senior VP-research, quality and technology.
