Jim Toohey has been appointed vice president of Petsky Prunier LLC, an investment-banking firm that handles mergers and acquisitions in the direct marketing business.
Toohey will work with senior management, clients, prospective buyers and analysts to manage financial transactions.
Toohey was previously the CFO at CC3.
