Influent Inc. plans to expand a 144-seat call center in Quincy, IL that it has acquired from APAC Customer Services. Terms were not disclosed.
The new owner plans to enlarge the center to 172 seats. Influent anticipates hiring 150 new employees. The center presently employs 58.
This acquisition increased Dublin, OH-based Influent’s inbound and outbound call capacity by 20% nationwide.
Influent operates call centers in the U.S., Panama and the Philippines. It has more than 2,000 employees worldwide.
