Panelists at a Congressional hearing about spam and small businesses argued that a do-not-spam list is a bad idea and that the the Can-Spam Act should be passed pass as soon as possible.
Rumors continue that Can-Spam, passed by the Senate 97-0 last week, will be put up for a full House vote by the Speaker of the House J. Dennis Hastert (R-IL) within days.
