Highlighting Hello Kitty’s 30th Anniversary, teen mag Ellegirl will feature the cartoon cat in its summer beach events and in its current issue.
A series of 50 events link Hello Kitty with Ellegirl’s summer beach events as well as Ellegirl’s fashion pavilion events at Simon Malls beginning this fall. Ellegirl will also feature an advertorial in its June/July issue and during the year readers can search for Hello Kitty icons hidden throughout issues of the magazine.
The partnership carries over online as well, with a Hello Kitty micro site that can be accessed through www.ellegirl.com, www.alloy.com and www.collegeclub.comThe site will offer homepage features, channel content integration, e-mail and e-newsletter blasts, e-vites, contests, screensavers and more.
