Discovery HD Theater today kicks off its first-ever national consumer promotion, The HD Father’s Day Sweepstakes.
The sweeps aims to raise awareness and generate excitement for high-definition television during the busy retail season surrounding Father’s Day by awarding one grand-prize winner a trip for two that brings the experience of high-definition to life. The sweeps runs through Father’s Day on June 20 and consumers can enter online at discovery.com/hd
The grand-prize winner will choose one trip for two among the following three excursions: a high-performance racecar driving adventure in Australia; the challenge of golf at Pebble Beach Golf Course in California; or the tropical solitude on Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands. Each trip includes $5,000 in spending money.
