Deluxe Corp. is seeking a buyer for its PremiumWear, Inc. apparel business, formerly known as Munsingwear. Deluxe acquired PremiumWear as part of its acquisition of cataloger New England Business Service Inc. (NEBS) last June.
The St. Paul, MN direct marketer and check printer has retained the investment banking firm of Goldsmith-Agio-Helms to advise them on this sale.
