Call center service provider CyberRep has eliminated outbound telemarketing as a service and has converted all of its 1700 seats to inbound sales. Its last commissioned outbound job was for AT&T and ended in September.
At its height, the company reserved 500 seats for outbound telemarketing, a number scaled back to 150 by the time the AT&T campaign ended.
