Crest Goes on Tour Motoring Huge Tube of Toothpaste

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Procter & Gambles’ Crest is on the road with a giant tube of toothpaste rolling across America.

Samples of Crest Whitening Plus Scope
will be handed out to visitors from this rolling tube

The Crest Imagine Tour is making stops at major events including food and music festivals, vacation destinations, major cities and other venues where visitors can step into the toothpaste tube-Crest Whitening Plus Scope-to use brushing stations to brush their teeth. The tour stops next at the Taste of Cincinnati from May 28 through 30.

A Crest Hostess greets visitors who hands out toothbrushes and a “ticket” to enter the tricked out 18-wheeler. Visitors stop first in the lounge where they can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to Jumby Bay Resort off the coast of Antigua.

Next comes the personal brushing station with samples of Crest Whitening Plus Scope in three flavors including the just introduced citrus flavor. The stations are themed by flavor. For example, the citrus station features orange lighting, citrus-scented misters and reggae music.

Market Connections, the event marketing division of Vacation Connections, handles the tour.
