COCA-COLA OFFERS AIR TIME TO BUDDING THESPIANS

While not as grandiose as the Pepsi-backed $1 billion game show contest set to debut on the WB this summer, Coca-Cola is also getting into the “reality TV” market by hosting a “Diet Coke MovieFest” on the Turner Broadcasting network TNT.

Before movies start and end, contestants will be asked to deliver lines from the featured films, possibly while sipping from Diet Coke bottles on-air, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The contest will be backed by in-store displays.
