Interactive relationship marketing firm ClickSquared Inc. has appointed Joyce Bell CFO.
Bell was most recently the CFO for Compete, Inc., a venture-backed market research company. In this role, she managed business, financial, legal and human resources functions prior to leading the sale of the company to Taylor Nelson Softres.
Before that, she was vice president of finance at Be Free, Inc., where she gained fundraising experience via venture capital financing, IPO and secondary offerings as well as merger and acquisition activity.
Bell has also held positions at Thomson Financial, Cingular Wireless and Ernst & Young.
