Parent company Walters Media Group has begun sending nearly 3 million e-newsletters to Hispanic households in 17 markets in 11 states, says Carmen’s CEO Shayne Walters.
The monthly Tips and Advice e-mailing contains health and beauty information and more. Unlike the coupon co-op, the newsletter will have only four advertisers.
