Petsky Prunier LLC, an investment bank which serves the marketing, advertising and digital media industries, has picked Robert R. Ennis, to head its digital media practice.
Prior to joining Petsky Prunier, Ennis was founder and president of Tensor Advisors, LLC, a strategic advisory and merchant banking firm focused on the media, new media and interactive sectors. Before launching Tensor, Ennis served as vice president of IAC/InterActiveCorp from 2003 through 2005, where he held positions in Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions.
From 1999 through 2002, Mr. Ennis was vice president of the News Corporation Ltd., where he developed a highly successful outdoor advertising business, led several international television and radio broadcasting transactions, and was active in the company’s international, direct-to-home satellite television and thematic cable channels initiatives.
From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Ennis was with Delta Capital Management, a European private equity fund. During his tenure, he originated, structured, and executed investments in a number of private ventures, with a concentration in media, communications and real estate.
