  • Ford Generates 9% of Sales From Online Leads

    Nine percent of total Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicle sales in 2004 were generated through online direct marketing referrals to franchise dealerships, accounting for 210,000 vehicles sold, according to FordDirect.

  • Hanover Expects to Lose Stock Exchange Listing

    Hanover Direct Inc. will likely lose its listing on the American Stock Exchange as early as Feb. 2 for failure to file a quarterly report for the first quarter that ended Sept. 25, 2004 and not meeting stockholders’ equity requirements.

  • Overstock.com Reports 80% Revenue Increase

    Salt Lake City, based Overstock.com Inc. reported fourth quarter revenues in 2004 totaled $221.3 million, an increase of 80% compared to $123.2 million in revenues for the fourth quarter of 2003.

  • Marketing Costs Rise 120% at Web Insurance Agency

    Despite rising direct marketing and online advertising costs, fourth quarter revenues increased 15% and totaled $3.9 million, up from $3.4 million in the third quarter at InsWeb Corp., an online insurance agency, based in Gold River, CA.
