Aegis Opens 600-Seat Customer Service Center

Aegis Communications Group Inc., Irving, TX, opened a 60,000-square-foot customer service center in Rocky Mount, NC in early August. The facility has been ramping up its capabilities and should be fully up to speed later this month.

According to Aegis, a multi-year contract signed with a large telecommunications company will take advantage of all of the site’s available capacity.

Aegis provides multi-channel customer relationship management and marketing research functions, including customer contact and care programs, database management, analytical services and market intelligence.
