Acxiom Corp., the database marketing firm, has acquired the database marketing division of ChoicePoint Precision Marketing LLC, for an undisclosed sum.
This purchase includes approximately 75 associates based in Andover, MA, Durham, NC., Peoria, IL., and Alpharetta, GA. Those employees work in account management, technical, and analytics, according to Acxiom.
With the purchase, Acxiom adds seven clients from multiple industries, including banking, insurance and media.
