Advertising conglomerate Young & Rubicam Inc. plans to file a registration statement with with the Securities and Exchange Commission later this month to make a public offering of shares of its common stock.
All of the shares of common stock will be sold by selling stockholders.
Young & Rubicam Inc. is the parent of direct response agencies Wunderman Cato Johnson and Cohn & Wolfe and several other agencies.
