Two direct mail fulfillment firms, aNetorder, and American Mailers, Illinois, Inc., have merged. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The firms, both based in Naperville, Illinois, offer third-party fulfillment services to publishers and other direct mailers.
The combined company will operate under the name aNetorder, Inc., and have 500,000 feet of warehouse space. Last year, aNetorder acquired a Louisville, KY distribution center from R.R. Donnelley.
The firm will offer pick-and-pack services, warehousing, returns processing, packaging and labeling and mailing.
American Mailer’s clients include BMG, JoAnn Frabcis, Keepler Corp., National Geographic Society, QVC and Verizon.
