Think Partnership Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire a Crystal Reference Systems Ltd., an online search technology and publishing firm, for about $1.53 million.
“Crystal Semantics’ Textonomy is a unique technology differentiator that will dramatically enhance the effectiveness and scalability of our WebSourced subsidiary’s search engine optimization services, ” said Think Partnership chairman T. Benjamin Jennings in a statement.
