TGI Friday’s Gives Bonuses for Buying Gift Cards

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

TGI Friday’s is enticing consumers to buy its gift cards as holiday gifts. The company is giving a $5 Bonus Bites card—which can be used for purchases at its restaurants—for every $25 spent on Friday’s gift cards through Jan. 4.

And for the first time, all gift card purchases will go toward earning Give Me More Stripes guest recognition program points.

Give Me More Stripes launched in July and has more than 500,000 members.

TGI Friday’s gift cards are available in $10, $25 and $50. Bonus Bites cards are redeemable between Jan. 1, 2009 and June 30, 2009.

Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc. is the parent company of TGI Friday’s Inc.
