TeleTech Holdings Inc. is building two new customer service centers in the Philippines to support new business growth.
This will bring the number of centers operated by TeleTech to five, making it the largest provider of outsourced customer service operations in the Philippines. One of the new centers will be located in metropolitan Manila. The other will be built in Dumaguete City.
By the second half of next year, Denver-based TeleTech projects it will employ more than 7,000 individuals at its centers in the Philippines.
“We welcome the job creation and career development opportunities that TeleTech presents to our citizens,” said in a statement Lilia De Lima, Philippine Economic Authority director general.
