Snyder Combines Its DM Services Companies
Snyder Communications Inc., Bethesda, MD, has integrated its Direct Services Group under the brand name Brann Worldwide, creating one of the world’s largest direct marketing services organizations.
Brann Worldwide, with over 4,000 employees, combines several Snyder Communications companies, including Brann Ltd., Blau Marketing Technologies, Response Marketing Group, Snyder Direct Services and National Retail Services.
The group’s services include traditional direct advertising, interactive, e-commerce, database management, data modeling and response tracking.
“With Brann Worldwide we make it crystal clear that our strategic acquisitions over the past several years were designed to give life to our vision of providing significant global partnerships to our Fortune 500 clients,” Daniel M. Snyder, chairman and CEO, said in a statement.
Chris Gater, previously chairman and CEO of Brann Ltd., was named president and CEO of Brann Worldwide. Gater will report to Michele Snyder, Snyder Communications’ president and COO.
Reporting to Gater will be Dennis Eastham, previously president of Blau Marketing Technologies, who will be president and COO of Brann Worldwide’s North American agencies; Roy Boss, who will serve as president and COO of Brann Worldwide in Europe; and Mitch Gershman, who will serve as president and COO of Brann Worldwide North American Services.
Brann Worldwide clients include IBM, Visa, Procter & Gamble, Fleet Financial Group, Coca-Cola, British Telecom, Fiat, Sears, Peugeot and BancOne.
