R.H. Donnelley Corp. and InfoSpace.com announced an agreement to create and market Internet yellow pages advertising for the Las Vegas market. Under the agreement, R.H. Donnelley will offer businesses that advertise in Sprint’s First Source Yellow Pages directories in Las Vegas the opportunity to expand their reach through InfoSpace.com’s broad distribution network.

USA Networks Inc., New York, parent company of the Home Shopping Network, has appointed Barry Baker president and COO. Baker was CEO/designate of Sinclair Communications, where he oversaw a business of 64 television and 54 radio stations.

Multiple Zones International Inc., Renton, WA, a computer direct marketer, has promoted Lorne Rubis to COO. Rubis previously held the position of executive vice president of sales and has been with the company since June 1997.

Sarah Magrino, 38, has rejoined Devon Direct Marketing and Advertising Inc., Philadelphia, as account director. Magrino most recently served as vice president of business development at MBC Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Previously, she served for six years with Devon Direct.

PerformanceData, Chicago, has appointed Timothy J. Claytor and Jeffrey J. Hellinga as directors of vertical sales. Claytor was manager of new product development and research. Hellinga was director of sales for Johnson & Quin, a direct marketing production company. PerformanceData is a division of TransUnion Corp.
