After the announcement of the agreement, RMH revised its 2002 financial guidance, saying it expected to improve its operating margin from 3-4% in the first quarter of fiscal 2002 to 8-9% in the fourth quarter of the year. Scot Burnke, CFO, said in a statement that he expects the relationship to put RMH “well past our short-term goal of deriving 50% of revenues from inbound services.”
