Rapp Collins Worldwide, has acquired e-mail application services provider Innovyx Inc., Seattle.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Innovyx services will become part of the interactive offering available from RappDigital, RCW’s interactive digital marketing services firm.
The company said in a statement that Innovyx’s internet-based marketing system, Dialogue 1 to 1, uses e-mail, the Web and database tools to automate one-to-one communications with customers including delivery of customized communications and real-time analysis of response.
The firm was co-founded by David Townsend and Derek Harding, who will remain in their roles as CEO and CTO, respectively.
