Publicis Groupe has acquired an 80% stake in Betterway Marketing Solutions, a large marketing and advertising agency in China. Terms were not disclosed.
Within its network across China, Betterway implements projects in around 50 cities each month, offering services from direct marketing, creative development, sales promotion and sampling.
