NESTLE: has partnered with Cozi, a free web service for families, to offer a co-branded edition of its family organization solution. The co-branded edition will be available for free online beginning July 15 to coincide with Nestlé’s “Happy New School Year” campaign. It includes such features as a calendar to manage fall schedules and activities, a means to create shopping lists for school supplies and a photo collage screen saver.

HILTON HOTELS: has promoted Andrew Flack to vice president of global brand marketing for the Hilton brand. In this newly created position, he will have oversight for Hilton brand marketing strategies and functions worldwide including advertising, public relations, strategic partnerships and brand promotions.
