ARBY’S: gave away free curly fries at its 3,600 locations nationwide yesterday to celebrate NASCAR star Matt Kenseth’s victory in Sunday’s Ford 400 race at Homestead-Miami Speedway. It marked the fourth “Matt’s Monday” fries giveaway for Arby’s following one of Kenseth’s victories during the current NASCAR season.
GAPKIDS: has teamed up with Junk Food Clothing to launch a line of co-branded vinatge T-shirts in stores nationwide. The line, called Junk Food Loves GapKids, features a variety of designs, including Hello Kitty, Peanuts, CD Comics, Star Wars, Twister, Lemon Heads and Little Miss. The collection includes long-sleeve and short-sleeve, raglans and thermal bodies T-shirts for boys and girls ranging from $22.50 to $26.50.
