Penguin Group USA Inc. has hired NewRoads Inc., a call center and fulfillment services company, to help launch its new direct sales subsidiary Family Books at Home Inc.
Penguin is seeking to expand book sales directly to consumers, schools and libraries. NewRoads has the capacity to manage customer services for orders generated by telephone, Internet, direct mail and catalog.
