NetCreations, New York, will sell 3.3 million shares in an initial public offering. The shares are expected to initially be offered for between $10-$12 per share. NetCreations hosts a database of more than three million consumers, all of whom have opted to receive advertsements through e-mail. The company will use the proceeds of the IPO for capital improvements, research and development, and expansion of sales and marketing operations.
