Nyer Medical Group Inc., a medical supplies direct marketer, will acquire the remaining 20% of D.A.W., Inc, its pharmacy chain subsidiary, in an agreement with minority shareholders.
Terms were not disclosed.
As part of this agreement, these minority shareholders will immediately assume management of Nyer.
