MeritDirect, a firm offering list brokerage, management and other services, has named Lanette Fernandez as its chief financial officer. She joined the company as controller in 2007.
Fernandez started her career in the list industry in 1986 as assistant to the vice president of finance at Walter Karl. She eventually was named chief operating officer, with purview over the financials of the Walter Karl unit of InfoGroup.
