Marketing Drive has added a number of key marketing professionals to its organization.
Randi Moore has joined Marketing Drive’s Norwalk office as vice president and account director. Prior to joining the agency, she worked for Pepsi Cola North America for seven years, most recently as director of brand activation.
In her new position at Marketing Drive, she will be responsible for leading all shopper marketing initiatives for the Novartis Consumer Health account and will report directly to Diana Abshire, senior vice president.
While at Pepsi Cola, she activated brands at retail through national initiatives like Pepsi Stuff, shopper marketing programs and consumer packaging innovation. Moore’s experience includes personal care, household products and food and beverage
In addition, Chad Graham and Shannon Bailey have both joined Marketing Drive as account directors at the Bentonville, AK location.
Graham has worked for retailers, manufacturers and agencies. He has more than 14 years of retail experience working for Walmart and Michael’s Arts and Crafts. While on the agency side, he worked for such notable brands as Crest, Always, Tide and IAMS. He also has insight into the world of private label brands having worked on them for a variety of retailers including, Office Depot, The Home Depot and Walmart.
Bailey will take the lead role on the Kellogg’s account. Most recently, she worked as communications brand planner and account supervisor for Noble, assigned to the Tyson Foodservice Brand business. She has also worked on such brands as Nestlé, Gerber, Folgers, Pringles and Swiffer.
