New York City-based marketing services consolidator Hawkeye Communications struck again last month by acquiring Cohesion Marketing, a Seattle shop that specializes in channel marketing programs for high-tech companies including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and Iomega.
Cohesion has “produced excellent results for a wide range of high-tech clients, and their strong database capabilities go well beyond what others can offer,” says ceo G. Steven Dapper, the former Rapp Collins chairman who founded Hawkeye in January 1999.
The acquisition is Hawkeye’s seventh in the last 12 months. Among its more recent purchases was Dallas-based promo shop Marketing Continuum (October promo).
