Quad/Graphics Looks to Grow List Business
QuadData Solutions has acquired licenses to use infoUSA’s business and consumer databases. It gives QuadData access to 13.5 million business and 200 million consumer records.
QuadData, a division of Quad/Graphics, is seeking to expand its capacity for database development and management, data analytics and list rental services — beyond its core printing services customers.
HFM to Launch a Dozen New Lists
Hachette Filipacchi Media (HFM) U.S. is expected to release data cards in March for as many as a dozen new lists in selected market categories. These include for example fitness and health, pet lovers, crafts and sewing, frequent travelers and families with young children.
Additional segments for ethnicity and religion from the HFM Enriched database and a new statistical modeling program are also slated for launch.
RMI Direct Marketing Inc. is the list manager.

Short Cuts
NextMark Inc. has introduced NextMark Version 6.2, updated software for buying and selling lists. The latest software incorporates 54 new features for list order processing, batch payment processing, account management, administration, finance and reporting.
