Lillian Vernon Lets Customers Write Product Reviews on Web Site

Lillian Vernon Corp. plans to feature online customer reviews of product purchases on its Web site, as part of a broader effort to increase sales, customer loyalty and referrals from Internet search engines.

“By engaging customers to give us their feedback with reviews, we gain valuable insight into both our products and customers,” said in a statement Kristen Montella, vice president of Lillian Vernon Online.

Lillian Vernon is working with a technology company PowerReviews to create special Web pages for each its products using keywords for search engine optimization.
